They are handmade in their own kitchens in Altavilla Vicentina by a staff of over 30 people who work entirely by hand with top quality ingredients to create excellent dishes that can be immediately frozen.

Besciamella 48% (fresh pasteurized MILK 82%, sunflower oil, soft wheat flour, butter, salt), artichokes 31%, onion, egg pasta 10% (hard wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, eggs 30%, water), SALTED SARDINES (Sardina pilchardus), extra virgin olive oil, BUTTER, Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme (egg protein)], preparation for broth [aromatic preparations, natural flavouring substances. Support: iodised salt (9-16mg/kg expressed as iodine). Vegetable fats (Sunflower). Rice starch. Vegetable fibres (Bamboo)], parsley, salt, garlic.
Place the product directly from frozen in a baking tin, brush the surface with oil, place in a ventilated oven at 130°C for about 50 minutes. In the last 5-10 minutes, raise the temperature by 10° to gratin.
