Besciamella 45% (fresh pasteurized MILK 82%, sunflower seed oil, flour of tender WHEAT, BUTTER, salt), meat sauce 43% (meat 65%: beef 60%, meat of pork 40%; tomato, vegetables in variable proportion: onion, celery, carrots; prepared for broth [aromatic preparations, natural flavouring substances. Support: iodised salt (9-16mg/kg expressed as iodine). Vegetable fats (Sunflower). Rice starch. Vegetable fibres (Bamboo)], pasta Egg 10% (durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, Egg 30%, water), Grana cheese Padano [MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme (egg protein)], flavoured sunflower seed oil with sage and rosemary.
Place the still-frozen product in a baking dish, brush the surface with oil, and place in a ventilated oven at 130°C for about 50 minutes. During the last 5-10 minutes, raise the temperature by 10° to gratin.
