They are handmade in their own kitchens in Altavilla Vicentina by a staff of over 30 people who work entirely by hand with top quality ingredients to create excellent dishes that can be immediately frozen.
Béchamel 45% (fresh pasteurized MILK 82%, sunflower oil, soft wheat flour, butter, salt), meat sauce 42% (beef 63%; tomato, vegetables in varying proportions: onion, celery, carrots; broth preparation [aromatic preparations, natural flavouring substances. Support: iodised salt (9-16mg/kg expressed as iodine). Vegetable fats (Sunflower). Rice starch. Vegetable fibres (Bamboo)], egg pasta 10% (durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, Egg 30%, water), Grana Padano 1.4% [MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme (Egg protein)], sunflower seed oil flavoured with sage and rosemary.
Place the product directly from frozen in a baking tin, brush the surface with oil, and place in a ventilated oven at 130°C for about 50 minutes. In the last 5-10 minutes, raise the temperature by 10° to gratin.
