Frozen battered codfish (gadus morhua) fillet prefried in sunflower seed oil.
PRESENCE: Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains) and fish and fish products. ABSENCE: Sesame seeds and sesame products, sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg expressed as SO2, lupin and lupin products and molluscs and mollusc products. CROSS-CONTAMINATION: Crustaceans and crustacean products, eggs and egg products, soybeans and soy products, milk and milk products (including lactose), nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, Queensland nuts) and nut products, celery and celery products and mustard and mustard products.
CODFISH 65% (Gadus Morhua, fish zone FAO 27, fishing gear: trawls/ hooks and longlines), batter (water, maize starch, WHEAT flour, rice starch, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, E341i, salt, flavor enhancer: E621; thickener: xanthan gum, black pepper, spices), breadcumb (WHEAT strach, brewer’s yeast, salt), sunflower seed oil. May contain: CELERY, EGG, MILK, SOY, CRUSTACEANS, MUSTARD, NUTS. NATURAL PRODUCT MAY CONTAIN FISH BONES.
IN A TRADITIONAL OVEN: place the still-frozen product on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200-210°C for 12-15 minutes. IN A FRYER: fry in plenty of hot oil at 180-190°C for 6-7 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze the product, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
