Potato Croquettes

ABSENCE: Peanuts and peanut products, sesame seeds and sesame products, sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg expressed as SO2, lupin and lupin products and molluscs and mollusc products. CROSS-CONTAMINATION: Crustaceans and crustacean products, fish and fish products, soya and soya products, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, Queensland nuts) and nut products, celery and celery products and mustard and mustard products.

Water, potato flakes 17.4% (dehydrated potatoes 99%, emulsifier: E471, antioxidants: E304, E300; acidity regulator: E330), semi-finished product for breading (FRUMENTO flour, salt, brewer's yeast, paprika powder, parsley, black pepper powder, colouring agents: caramelised sugar, annatto), cow mozzarella 7.7% (MILK, salt, rennet, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202), COOKED HAM 1.7% (60% pork, water, potato starch, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavourings and spices, food gelatine, flavour enhancer: E621, stabilisers: E450, E451, thickener: E407, antioxidants: E301, E316, preservative: E250), sheep's milk cheese (sheep's MILK, rennet, salt), salt, Grana Padano D. O.P. (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme-egg protein), parsley, pepper, thickener: E464, sunflower oil. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF: CELERY, FISH, SOYA, SHELLFISH, MUSTARD AND NUTS.

IN A TRADITIONAL OVEN: place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200-210°C for 8-10 minutes. For a better yield of the product, we recommend partially defrosting it and baking in a preheated oven at 200-210°C for 5-6 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze the product, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
