PRESENCE: Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains) and milk and milk products (including lactose). ABSENCE: Crustaceans and crustacean products, peanuts and peanut products, soya and soya products, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, Queensland nuts) and nut products, sesame seeds and sesame products, mustard and mustard products, lupin and lupin products and molluscs and mollusc products. CROSS-CONTAMINATION: Eggs and egg products, fish and fish products, celery and celery products and sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10 mg/kg expressed as SO2.

Mozzarella 44% (cow's MILK, LACTIC ferments, rennet, salt), semi-finished product for breading 31% (wheat flour, brewer's yeast salt, food colouring agents: annatto, curcumin, caramelised sugar; paprika powder, raising agent: E503-ii), batter (water, wheat flour, salt), sunflower oil. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF: FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS, CELERY, SULPHUR DIOXIDE AND SULPHITES, EGGS.

IN A TRADITIONAL OVEN: heat in a hot oven at 200-210°C for 5-6 minutes. IN A PAN: fry in hot oil at 180-190°C for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously. IN MICROWAVE OVEN: heat on medium power for 3-4 minutes.
