Frozen food preparation with saffron
Ingredients: broth (water, carrots 7%, celery, onion 7%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), soft wheat flour, BURROW, shallot, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, saffron 0.1%. It may contain: MUSTARD, SOYA.
Cooking in a pan: Pour in the contents of the bag while still frozen and leave to thaw over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bain-marie cooking: Pour the contents of the bag still frozen into a container and leave to defrost for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave cooking: Pour the quantity of one portion into a microwave container with a lid and heat at 750 watts for 7 to 8 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature < 18°C
