It may contain: OTHER DRIED SHELLED FRUITS and PEANUTS.
Cooking in a bain-marie: pour the contents of the bag still frozen into a container and leave to defrost for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave cooking: Pour the quantity of one portion into a microwave container with a lid and heat at 750 watts for 7 to 8 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of < -18°C
