Frozen food preparation with egg yolk and smoked bacon
Ingredients: Fresh pasteurised whole milk, smoked bacon 13% (pork, salt, pepper, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), PANNA, water, egg yolk 6%, Grana Padano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme from EGGS), extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, GRAN FLOUR oil, soft wheat flour, vegetable margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (fat (coconut), oil (sunflower seed)), water), salt, pepper. May contain: SENAPE, SOYBEAN
Cooking in a pan: pour in the contents of the bag while still frozen and leave to thaw over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bain-marie cooking: Pour the contents of the bag still frozen into a container and leave to thaw for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave cooking: Pour the quantity of one portion into a microwave container fitted with a lid and heat for 7 to 8 minutes at 750 watts.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature < -18°C
