Filling 29% pork 28% of the filling, 8% of the total, beef 19% of the filling, 6% of the total, mortadella (pork, skimmed milk powder, salt, sucrose, flavourings, spices, preservatives: sodium nitrite, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, stabilisers sodium diphosphate, sodium polyphosphate), type 00 breadcrumbs (type 00 wheat flour, water, yeast, vegetable fats and oils, salt, malted cereal flour contains gluten)), Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein extracted from egg)), onion, carrots, salt, nutmeg, sage, rosemary.
Pour the frozen tortellini into boiling, salted water. Cooking time approx. 5 minutes. As a first course with a meat broth with tomato sauce or with a meat ragout.
