Dough 55%: durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour type 00, pasteurised eggs, water Filling 45%: fresh ricotta (milk, milk enzymes, rennet), porcini mushrooms 19% of filling, 3.8% of total mozzarella (milk, salt, rennet, acidity corrector: citric acid) Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein extracted from egg)) pasteurised eggs, chives, garlic, salt.
Pour the frozen ravioli into boiling, salted water. Cooking time approx. 8 minutes.
Serve as a first course with grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter or with cream sauce.
