Dough 51%: type 00 soft wheat flour, rye flour, pasteurized eggs, water. Filling 49%: beetroot 23% of the filling, 8% of the total, fresh ricotta (skimmed milk, lactic ferments, rennet), potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings), onion, Grana cheese Padano DOP (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein extracted from eggs)), sunflower oil, salt, nutmeg.
Pour the frozen crescents into boiling salted water. Cooking time approx. 4-5 minutes.
Serve as a first course with fresh seasonal salad, or as a side dish to a second course.
