Original South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen deep-frozen - ready to cook only with local ricotta cheese made from South Tyrolean milk. High time saving in preparation and safe success at the highest level. Spinach from Italian cultivation.
Cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk; produced in a factory that processes gluten, eggs, milk.
Dough 51%: wheat flour type 00, rye flour, pasteurised eggs, water. Filling 49%: spinach 41% of the filling, 20% of the total, fresh ricotta cheese (skimmed milk, milk enzymes, rennet), potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring), onion, Grana Padano PDO cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (natural protein extracted from egg)) sunflower oil, salt, nutmeg.
Pour the frozen crescents into boiling, salted water. Cooking time approx. 4-5 minutes.
Serve as a first course with a fresh seasonal salad, or as a side dish for a main course. As a first course with melted butter and Parmesan cheese or with a cream sauce.
