Stuffing Ingredients 55%: braised CERNIA 38% (CERNIA 95%, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, shallot, wine), ricotta (whey, MILK, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid), LIMAND, breadcrumbs (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast), extra virgin olive oil, shallot, parsley, chives, salt, pepper. Pasta ingredients: durum wheat semolina, free-range EGGS 18.5 percent, water. It may contain: SENAPE, SOY.
- Without defrosting add the pasta to a pasta cooker full of boiling salted water. - Once water returns to boil, cook pasta according to the recommended cooking time. Stir occasionally. - Drain the pasta; - Season to taste. For perfect pasta, always use one litre of boiling water for every 100g of pasta.
