Orogel Gourmet Artichokes with oil and rosemary are a delicious side dish to go with meat and fish dishes. Excellent as a topping for pizzas or filling for flatbreads.
May contain traces of soy, egg, milk and milk products.
Artichokes 92%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary.
In pan (7 minutes): Pour the frozen Gourmet Artichokes into a nonstick skillet with two tablespoons of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, turning a couple of times. In the microwave (5 minutes): Place the unopened bag on a plate, back seal facing up. Place the plate in the microwave and start it for 5 minutes. When finished cooking, remove plate and pouch from microwave and wait 1-2 minutes before opening. Pour the Gourmet Artichokes into a bowl and use as desired. The cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 watts of power less. CAUTION: Do not open or puncture the pouch before placing it in the microwave. After cooking the pouch is very hot, touch it only at the ends.
