In pan (6 minutes): Pour the frozen mix into a nonstick skillet with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Add other ingredients or use it directly in your recipes. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
