Eggplant 40%, cherry tomatoes 8%, sunflower seed oil, black olives* 8% (black olives, salt), semi-dried cherry tomatoes, tomato pulp, water, onion, salt, garlic, sugar, white pepper*, chili pepper*. *ORIGIN: EU black olives; NON-EU white pepper and chili pepper.
In pan (6 minutes): Pour the frozen mix into a nonstick skillet with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Add other ingredients or use it directly in your recipes. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
