Besciamella 38% (fresh pasteurized MILK 82%, sunflower oil, soft wheat flour, butter, salt), ricotta cheese 24% (pasteurized MILK whey, cream of MILK salt, lactic acid), mozzarella cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, citric acid), spinach 12%, crepes (water, soft wheat flour, Eggs 25,6%, MILK, salt), edamer cheese (MILK, ferments, salt, rennet), fresh pasteurized and homogenized Eggs, Grana Padano cheese [MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme (Egg protein)], salt.
Preparation method: place the product directly from frozen in a baking tin, brush the surface with oil, and place in a ventilated oven at 130°C for about 50 minutes. In the last 5-10 minutes, raise the temperature by 10° to gratin.
