Precooked fresh frozen egg pasta with filling
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, barn eggs, water. Ingredients (filling): ricotta (66%), spinach (22%), breadcrumbs, Grana Padano DOP, salt.
Pre-heat oven for 10 minutes at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with butter and place the pasta on it. Cover with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Place tray with product into the oven and bake according to the recommended time.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature < -18°C
