Vegetables (artichokes 36% in finished product, potatoes, shallots), water, extra virgin olive oil, salt. Gluten-free.

In pot (7 minutes): Pour the frozen Artichoke Verdurì into a pot of appropriate capacity and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
