A creamy chickpea and bean puree, enhanced by the presence of whole chickpeas and black lentils. A classic soup that harkens back to our tradition, in line with the Mediterranean diet. One serving provides 65 percent of our daily requirement for fiber and 27 percent of our daily reference intake for protein.
Legumes (chickpeas 33% and black lentils 10% in the finished product, borlotti beans), water, tomato puree, shallots, extra virgin olive oil 2%, onion, carrot, celery, salt, rosemary, garlic. Produced in a factory that uses fava beans. GLUTEN-FREE.
In pot (5 minutes): Pour the frozen Chickpea and Black Lentil Soup into a saucepan of appropriate capacity by adding 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes from boiling, stirring occasionally.
