In a ventilated oven (20-25 minutes): You can bake cod fillets in the oven at 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes, placing them still frozen in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt and herbs. Try them baked in foil, adding halved cherry tomatoes, capers, olives and parsley. In a frying pan (10 minutes): Pour the still-frozen cod fillets into a skillet withone tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt andder herbs to taste. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes,turning the fillets once. You can cook the fillets directly in a tomato sauce.
