Cooked: pour the frozen saltarelli into boiling, salted water. Cooking time approx. 3 minutes. Stir-fry with melted butter and breadcrumbs. Fried: Pour the frozen saltarelli into hot oil, fry at 170°C. Add salt, ideal as a side dish.
