Along with the famous canederli, strangolapreti are a typical dish of Trentino cuisine that traces its origins to the rural world. Simple and nutritious, strangolapreti consist, in a nutshell, of a mixture of bread, spinach, eggs and parmesan cheese that is served with melted butter and sage.

Spinach 30%, bread cubes type 00 (wheat flour type 00, yeast, salt, water) whole milk, pasteurised eggs, onion, grana cheese (milk, milk enzymes, salt, rennet), butter (contains milk), wheat flour type 00, salt, nutmeg, garlic.
Pour the frozen strangolapreti into the boiling, salted water. Cooking time approx. 8 minutes.
Serve as a first course with a fresh seasonal salad, or as a side dish to a main course.
