Wheat flour, water, vegetable oils and fats (palm and sunflower in varying proportions), EGGS, yeast, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); flavours and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); flavourings. May contain traces of SOY. Filling (cream 20 % minimum by weight of the finished product): water, sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch, modified modified starch, whole milk powder, vegetable fat (from palm), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), salt, colouring agent: beta carotene (E160a), flavourings.
Store at temperature < - 18°C. Product intended for professional use only. Do not refreeze the product once it has thawed. To thaw the product, keep it at room temperature (not exceeding + 25 °C) in the closed package for at least 4 hours 25 °C) in the closed package for at least 4 hours. Do not defrost in a conventional oven or in a microwave oven. If stored at room temperature (not higher than + 25 °C), consume within 24 hours of thawing within 24 hours of thawing.
