Wheat flour, water, vegetable oils and fats (palm and sunflower in varying proportions), EGGS, yeast, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); flavours and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); flavourings. Filling (20% minimum by weight of the finished product): sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, palm, sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), cocoa powder (15%), HAZELS, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. SOY, natural vanilla flavouring.
Store at temperature < - 18°C. Product intended for professional use only. Do not refreeze the product once it has thawed. To thaw the product, keep it at room temperature (not exceeding + 25 °C) in the closed package for at least 4 hours 25 °C) in the closed package for at least 4 hours.
