Specifications
Gluten- and lactose-free pre-cooked pizza base, weight approx. 240 g, diameter approx. 31 cm. Leavened product with gluten-free ingredients, pre-cooked in the oven, frozen, packaged and stored at - 18°C.
Produced in a laboratory where pistachios, hazelnuts, eggs, milk and dairy products, sesame are used.
Gluten-free preparation (maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibre vegetable fibres, salt, thickener: guar gum and E464, yeast extract, (may contain traces of SENAPE and SOYA), water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, salt.
Thaw at room temperature or in the microwave at 360W for about 90 seconds, season with 50 g tomato sauce and 60 g mozzarella, fill to taste. IN A VENTILATED OVEN: bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 7/8 minutes. IN A PROFESSIONAL OVEN: bake at 350°C for about 3/4 minutes.
Store the product at a temperature of -18°C/-20°C, the product once thawed, do not refreeze, use within 1-2 days if stored in a refrigerator at +2°C/+5°C.
