Gluten- and lactose-free bread, weight approx. 300 g, leavened with gluten-free preparation, baked, frozen and cut into slices, packed in a bag.
Made in a laboratory using hazelnuts, pistachios, eggs, milk and dairy products and sesame seeds.
Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibres, salt, thickeners: guar gum and 464, yeast extract, may contain traces of mustard and soya), water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, salt.
Defrost in the microwave at 360 W for 2 minutes and toast the slices as desired for 1 minute using the grill control or in a pan.
