Turnip greens are a typical vegetable of central and southern Italy, which Orogel grows in Basilicata and Puglia in the most suitable soils where, thanks to the mild climate, the best varieties are produced. From the turnip top plants we hand-pick only the most valuable part, the apical and lateral shoots, the florets precisely. Each floret includes the stem that bears the inflorescence and the more tender leaves. The stem is thin in the side shoots, thicker in the apical ones, both equally tasty and tender.

In pan (9-10 minutes): Pour the frozen Turnip florets into a skillet with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and two tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally. The minutes are guidelines; check that the cooking time is right for you.
