In pan (8 minutes): Pour the frozen Artichokes into a skillet, add one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and two tablespoons water, a pinch of salt and desired seasonings (garlic, parsley). Cover and cook for 8 minutes, turning frequently. In the microwave (6 minutes): MICROWAVE BAG - Place the closed bag on a plate, back seal facing up. Place plate in microwave and start it for 6 minutes. When finished cooking, remove plate and pouch from microwave and wait 1-2 minutes before opening. Pour the Artichokes into a bowl and use them as desired. CAUTION: The cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 watts of power less. Do not open or puncture the pouch before placing it in the microwave. After cooking the bag is very hot, touch it only at the ends.
