Ricciole ricotta and spinach

Ingredients precooked egg pasta: durum wheat semolina, EGGS 12%, water. Ingredients filling 60%: ricotta cheese 84% (MILK whey, MILK, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid), spinach citric acid), spinach 7%, Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme from EGGS), breadcrumbs (flour wheat flour type "0", water, salt, brewer's yeast), salt. May contain: SENAPE, SOY.

Bake in a conventional oven for 30 min at 180°C; - Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180°C; - Spread an oven tray with butter, place the product on it, cover with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese; - Place the baking tray with the product and bake according to the time indicated; - Check that the product is cooked properly before serving; - Wait 5 minutes before serving.
