Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibre, salt, thickeners: guar gum and E464, yeast extract, may contain traces of mustard and soya), water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, chemical yeast, pumpkin, potato, nutmeg, salt.
Place the bag in the microwave at 540 W for about 2 minutes and 40 seconds or remove the packaging and heat in a pan.
