High quality fresh pasteurised whole milk (54%), BREAD (15%), sugar, maltodextrins, glucose syrup, MILK protein, egg yolk (3%), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), stabilisers: locust bean gum (E410), guar gum (E412), carrageenan (E407); natural flavouring, vanilla extract (0.25%); vanilla pods. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose. Suitable for all lactose-intolerant people.
